Founder Funnel
Customer case · Founder-led distribution

A founder post became an inbound call.

A Stash / Fergana Labs client describes how publishing consistently led to a call from someone who had read one of the team’s posts. The call is real in the client’s account; a closed deal or repeatable conversion rate is not established by the clip.

Start with the customer’s words.

At 0:19–0:35 in the interview, the speaker connects more consistent publishing with people reaching out. They then give a specific example of a call that morning from someone who had read a post.

“I had a call … just this morning … it was like an inbound from someone that read one of our posts.”Stash / Fergana Labs client, video interview, 0:26–0:32 (lightly excerpted from the spoken transcript)

The client also says the team developed a better feel for which posts earned views, likes and comments. That is useful process feedback, but it is not a count of qualified leads.

What happened, and what we can infer.

The operating change

The client describes settling into a cadence of publishing and learning which ideas drew the right kind of engagement. That consistency made the team’s thinking visible before a sales conversation.

The observed signal

One person who had read a post initiated a conversation. This matters because the contact arrived already familiar with something the team had said, rather than starting from a cold introduction.

Evidence boundary. The interview does not identify the post, the contact’s company or buying intent, the length of the engagement, an attributable lead total, deal value, or whether the call closed. We do not count it as revenue or claim every post caused an enquiry.

When this example is relevant.

If you sell a technical product, the buyer often has to understand your point of view before they want a meeting. A steady publishing system can make that thinking findable and give an interested reader a reason to reach out. The Stash interview shows one instance of that path. It does not prove that the same outcome is automatic for another founder.
