This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can have it removed.

Who we are

Founder Funnel is a content and marketing service for company founders. Throughout this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean UNFUNGIBLE - FZCO trading as Founder Funnel, and "you" means anyone who submits information to us through our website.

Information we collect

We only collect information you give us directly. We do not buy lists, we do not scrape contact details, and we do not build profiles from third-party data brokers.

When you request a consultation through our website, we collect:

• Your name, so we know who we are speaking to.
• Your email address, to send your booking confirmation and to follow up about your enquiry.
• Your mobile phone number, to contact you about the consultation you requested. This is explained in full under SMS / Text Messaging below.
• Your answers to two qualifying questions about your revenue stage and your main growth bottleneck, so the call is useful to you.
• Your booking details, being the date and time you select.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Why we collect a phone number

We collect your mobile phone number for one reason: to contact leads who have requested a consultation with us. That means confirming your booking, reaching you if a call needs to be rescheduled, and following up about the enquiry you submitted.

We do not sell phone numbers. We do not rent, trade or licence them. We do not pass them to advertisers, lead buyers, affiliates or any other business for that business to market to you.

SMS / Text Messaging

This section explains how we treat mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent. It applies whenever you tick the consent box on our enquiry form.

How you opt in

Text messages are sent only to people who have ticked the SMS consent box on our enquiry form. The box is not ticked by default, and you have to tick it yourself. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a call with us or of purchasing anything from us. You can leave the box unticked, book a call, and become a customer, and we will simply contact you by email and phone instead.

What we send

If you opt in, we send sales follow-up and transactional messages relating to the consultation you requested, under the programme name Founder Funnel. Message frequency varies, and is typically around 2 to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

You can stop the messages at any time:

• Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will get a single confirmation message, and after that we will not text you again.
• Reply HELP to any message for support information.
• Email leon@founderfunnel.com and ask us to remove your number. We will action it and confirm.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel a booked call and does not remove you from email. Tell us in the same message if you want those stopped too.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers to run our business. They process information on our behalf and under our instructions only. They are not permitted to market to you, and they are not permitted to sell or share your information for their own purposes.

• Close (Close.com) hosts our customer relationship management system, which is where your enquiry is stored.
• Calendly handles the scheduling of your consultation and the calendar invitation.
• Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions as a backup record.
• Slack receives an internal notification so our team knows a new enquiry has arrived.

None of these providers receives your mobile information for marketing or promotional purposes, and none of them receives text messaging originator opt-in data or consent. That data stays with us and with the messaging provider that delivers the messages.

The only other circumstances in which we would disclose your information are where we are required to by law, by a court, or by a regulator, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become customers: kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
• Customers: kept for the duration of the engagement and for 7 years afterwards, so that we can meet accounting and tax obligations.
• Text messaging consent records: kept for as long as you are opted in, and for 4 years after you opt out. We are required to be able to evidence that consent was given, and when it was withdrawn.

Deleting your information

Email leon@founderfunnel.com with the subject line "Data deletion" and tell us which details you used. We will confirm the request, delete what we are not legally required to keep, and reply to tell you what was removed. We aim to complete this within 30 days.

You can also ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct anything inaccurate, using the same address.

How we protect it

Information is transmitted to us over an encrypted connection and stored in the systems named above, each of which is access-controlled and restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the number of places your data lives deliberately small.

Cookies and tracking

This policy page itself sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Our main website may use analytics and advertising pixels to measure how the site performs. Those tools do not receive your phone number, and they do not receive text messaging consent data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we use your phone number will be notified to you by email before they take effect.
