Founder Funnel
In-house operator case · YouTube search

A technical video kept getting discovered.

Sharbel A. is Leon’s cofounder, not an independent customer. His technical YouTube channel is an in-house example of what a specific, useful founder video can do: keep attracting views after publication and show up in YouTube Search.

19 March 2026Public video publication date, from YouTube metadata
91,572 viewsEarlier Studio “since published” screenshot; capture date not visible
55.5% searchListed in a separate traffic-source panel; period and denominator not visible

What was published?

Sharbel published “How I Built a Self-Healing Trading Bot That Fixes Its Own Losses (OpenClaw Tutorial)” on his own channel. The title names the build, the tool and the problem. It gives someone trying to make a bot work a concrete reason to click, rather than asking them to care about a generic founder update.

The current public watch page can change its view count over time. The captured Studio panel below is an earlier, fixed snapshot: it shows 91,572 views since the video was published. The image itself does not show a capture date, so we do not present that figure as today’s total.

The evidence, with the denominators intact.

Captured YouTube Studio video analytics saying this video has gotten 91,572 views since it was published
The Studio headline reads, “This video has gotten 91,572 views since it was published.” The capture date is not visible. Open the full screenshot.
Captured YouTube Studio traffic-source panel listing YouTube Search at 55.5 percent
A separate captured traffic-source panel lists YouTube Search at 55.5%. Its time window and denominator are not visible, so this is not a claim that 55.5% of the 91,572 lifetime views came from search.

What this example shows—and does not.

There is a public technical video, a substantial historical view count, and a Studio panel where search is a named traffic source. That combination is consistent with the broader strategy of making useful founder expertise findable long after a post’s first day. It is not a controlled experiment proving why the video performed.

Evidence boundary. Sharbel is a cofounder. The screenshots do not establish unique buyers, qualified enquiries, booked calls, revenue, lifetime search share, or a causal lift caused by Founder Funnel. We make no claim about revenue or qualified enquiries from these screenshots.
