These terms govern your use of this website, the consultation booking process, and our text messaging programme.
By using this website or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not submit an enquiry.
Founder Funnel provides content and marketing services to company founders. Nothing on this website is an offer of employment, an investment recommendation, or a guarantee of any particular commercial result. Figures quoted by past or present clients describe their own outcomes and are not a promise of yours.
The enquiry form on this website requests a consultation. Submitting it does not create a contract for services. We may decline an enquiry, and we frequently do where we do not think we can help. Any engagement that follows is governed by a separate written agreement.
This section sets out the terms of our text messaging programme. It applies from the moment you tick the SMS consent box on our enquiry form.

You join by ticking the SMS consent box on our enquiry form and submitting your mobile number. The box is not ticked by default. We do not add numbers to the programme by any other route, and we never buy or import numbers from third parties.
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will send you no further text messages. There is no charge from us for opting out, and you do not need to give a reason.
If you later want the messages again, tick the consent box on a new enquiry, or email us and ask.
Reply HELP to any message from us and you will receive a reply identifying the programme as Founder Funnel and giving you our support contact details. You can also reach us at any time at leon@founderfunnel.com.
How we handle the information you give us, including your mobile number and your messaging consent, is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
The content of this website, including its text, design and graphics, belongs to UNFUNGIBLE - FZCO unless stated otherwise. You may read and share it. You may not republish it as your own or use it commercially without our written permission.
This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss arising from your reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes to the text messaging programme will be notified to opted-in recipients before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the DIFC Courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
